Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Standard Delivery: We use Royal Mail Tracked 24® for all domestic shipments. This service aims to deliver your Vanilla hair extensions the next working day, including Saturdays

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same business day by 5 PM.

Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next working day by 5 PM.

International Shipping: For international orders, we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, typically aiming for delivery within 3-5 days

Tracking and Insurance

All orders are shipped with end-to-end tracking capabilities to ensure you can monitor your package's journey

Each shipment includes insurance cover up to £20 for loss or damage, providing you with peace of mind

For higher-value orders, we recommend our Special Delivery option, which offers increased insurance coverage

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your Vanilla hair extensions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

Each hair extension is individually wrapped to prevent tangling.

Products are sealed in a moisture-resistant plastic bag for protection.

We use sturdy shipping boxes with additional cushioning (bubble wrap or tissue paper) to prevent movement during transit

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Any applicable customs fees or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Our hair extensions are classified as personal care items and comply with Royal Mail's shipping regulations

We ensure that any liquid products included in your order adhere to Royal Mail's volume restrictions (not exceeding 1 litre per item, with a maximum of two items per parcel)
